What we believe
- Engineering judgement is not replaceable. The platform helps; the engineer decides. We will never auto-stamp a design.
- Show your work. Every number cites the rule that made it. No black boxes — not in the product, not on the team.
- Small, deep, durable. A focused team that ships fewer features but lands them perfectly will beat a sprawling one over five years.
- Free tier is full strength. Free isn't a demo. It's the same engine, gated only by project size.

Don't see your role? If you have deep experience in electrical engineering, a Tier-1 SaaS background, or an unusually relevant blend — write to us anyway at [email protected]. Small team, narrow funnel, but we read every honest pitch.
How we work
- Remote-first across North America. Overlapping working hours (NA timezones), async-first communication, ~4 hours of synchronous time per day.
- Two-day discovery, then a paid trial week. Real problem from the backlog, with the team. No whiteboard puzzles.
- Equity for first 10 hires. Real, vesting, with documented dilution math.
- Health, dental, parental leave. Standard for the role and country.
What we don't do
- Hire on velocity alone. We hire people who finish things and own the result.
- Use interview puzzles. If we wouldn't ask it of a colleague at week three, we won't ask it in an interview.
- Surveil contributors. Output and outcomes are visible; clock-watching is not.
