Calculation methods

NEC 2023 — Article 220.12 (School occupancy)

CEC 2024 — Rule 8-204 (Schools)

Tenant Fit-Out mode. When a project is flagged project_type = TENANT_FIT (single floor or wing on an existing service), EEP excludes common-area loads (central HVAC, corridor lighting, parking) — they remain on the landlord/campus service.
